ISKANDAR PUTERI: A total of 11 local authorities (PBTs) in the state are rated five stars by the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT).
Local Government, Urban Wellbeing and Environment Committee chairman Tan Chen Choon said the rating objective of the Local Authorities Star Rating System (SPB-PBT) was aimed at assessing the achievement of PBT service delivery.
