The World Urban Planning Day celebration at the Johor State Level was successfully held with the theme 'Liveable, Sustainable and Smart Johor'
HPBS 2024 was officiated by Yang Berhormat Dato' Haji Mohd Jafni bin Md Shukor, Chairman of the Johor State Housing and Local Government Committee as the official representative of the YAB Menteri Besar of Johor.
In conjunction with this program, the Kluang Municipal Council received the 2024 Sustainable City Award through the Urban and Rural Sustainability Network Indicator Program (MURNInets).
MPK also managed to win the Runner-up in the mural painting competition titled 'Culture and Historical Heritage'.
Mr. Mohd Fahmy Bin Yahya, President of the Kluang Municipal Council was present to receive the award together with Mr. Azmi Bin Ahmad, Secretary of the Kluang Municipal Council.
Hopefully this program will continue to have a positive impact on the community.
