This workshop was held for two (2) days at the Kluang Municipal Council (MPK) Public Library, which was attended by 40 MPK officers and staff to examine the achievements of MPK KPIs until the end of 2024.
All course participants were exposed to the correct review and evaluation of KPIs for each function of the MPK department/division/unit. In addition, they also had the opportunity to obtain input and improve appropriate strategic actions for the review of existing KPIs for the next period.
All inputs and documentation from this workshop will be presented at the Management Review Meeting (MKSP) on 6 March 2025.
Hopefully this effort can improve the efficiency of MPK services and achievements based on the MPK Strategic Plan 2023-2027 that has been developed.
