Profile MyHRMIS application is another new innovation developed by JPA to enable civil servants checking of personal information as it has been locked into the HRMIS application. Users who have already registered with MyHRMIS Holidays do not need to register again for this application.

Function in MyHRMIS Application Profile:
1. Personal Information: Displays information remains private and address employees.
2. Educational Information: Displays information officer education.
3. Family Information: Displays information officer's family. Elements featured only items used by eGL.
4. Information Award: Displays information awards received by the employee during the service.
5. Information Service History: Displays a history of employee service.
6. Information Services: Presenting officer service profile.
7. Course Information: Displays information courses for the personnel in the last 10 years.

2. Ease link to MyHRMIS Holidays.
3. Ease link to MyHRMIS eGL.
